Then you will be asked to create an account with a password, because we want to make sure your information is secure. Once you connect with VCN via phone to complete the intake process, ask the agent to connect you with VCCDC.
Once you have created your account, you can come back anytime, as many times as you like. The VCN will be there to find out what your needs are, and then connect you to the best resource to meet them. With VCN’s user-friendly design, it will be easy for you to access the support you are looking for from the comfort of your home, or anywhere the internet is available.

If it’s during regular business hours, VCN’s Agents will answer or get back to you right away. After hours, leave a message and a VCN Agent will call you the next business day. Once you connect with VCN via phone, ask the agent to connect you with VCCDC.
