Do you need a low-interest personal loan (with the potential for full refund for the interest you pay*)? Are you also looking to learn how to improve your financial management skills? We can help you with both! VCCDC is a nonprofit organization with a mission to empower low-and moderate-income individuals and families through homeownership and financial education. With funding made possible by the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, our Advancing Communities Program allows participants to access a low-interest personal loan of up to $2,500 plus access to our newest financial coaching program including free workshops, financial coaching and tools and resources to enhance financial knowledge and confidence.

This program is limited to participants living in Ventura or Santa Barbara County. Please take note of the basic eligibility requirements listed below.
