California State Treasurer, Fiona Ma, Visits VCCDC

VCCDC Executive Director, Bertha Garcia, and CA State Treasurer, Fiona Ma.

California Sate Treasurer, Fiona Ma, visited the VCCDC office on November 13th. She toured the VCCDC office, met VCCDC’s staff and sat down to chat with our executive team. We are grateful for the time Ms. Ma took to learn about regional housing issues and challenges and how VCCDC works to overcome those challenges through its education, financial coaching and mortgage lending services. She was excited to hear about the impact we’ve had on the over 14,000 families who have walked through our doors since we were founded in 2001. Ms. Ma also had the opportunity to hear about some of the amazing clients we have been able to assist throughout the years. We look forward to the opportunity to work together to address the lack of affordable homeownership!
