What is the homebuying process like? What options are out there? What should you avoid? .... Like many potential homebuyers, Melissa who is in the beginning stages of her homebuying journey, had questions! After doing some research she found VCCDC and learned about our Homebuyer Education workshop. She decided to give it a try and ended up learning about credit, budgeting, mortgage loans, the escrow process and many other important homebuying topics. Melissa, along with the rest of the attendees, listened and interacted with professionals with many years of experience in the homebuying field including HUD-certified Homeownership Specialists, Mortgage Loan Specialists, Realtors, Insurance Agents and other industry experts who share VCCDC's mission of empowering our community through education & homeownership.
