VCCDC is thrilled to welcome Martin P. Sanchez to its Advisory Board. Martin joins a diverse group of dedicated advisory board members who are responsible for advising VCCDC on challenges and opportunities and sharing their knowledge on issues affecting the communities that we serve. Martin is Vice President, West Region Market Leader, Mortgage Outreach for Wells Fargo. In this role, he and the Mortgage Outreach Team operates as the link between the company, stakeholders, and the communities it serves within the Home Lending group. Martin joined Wells Fargo in 2013. Before joining Wells Fargo, he was Senior Financial Analyst at IndyMac Bank, supporting Secondary Marketing & Correspondent Lending, and Homeownership Advisor at JPMorgan Chase, working with customers to provide home retention options.
Martin currently serves as a board member of NeighborWorks Orange County, a housing non-profit in Orange, CA.
A native Angeleno, he graduated from Santa Clara University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Spanish. He also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine University.
